Apollo Character Design

Early concepts, character development, and weapon design for Apollo from PermaDeath: A Video game Opera.

From Cerise Jacobs, the librettist:
"Apollo - hot headed, impulsive, passionate, all the qualities you'd expect of a sungod. He and Sonny are inseparable. Apollo has a very cruel streak - witness his slaying of Marsyas. He epitomizes the gods of old who are slowly being superceded by new gods that the 21st century has created. I've cast Apollo as a baritone, which is in between a tenor and a bass. So he's manly and strong.
